RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your new purchase

• We offer exchange or store credit on any unworn, undamaged product that are returned within 30 days of purchase and in original packaging
• A code will be sent to the email you provided at checkout
• There is no expiry date
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of purchase date 
• Shipping to and from is your responsibility and we recommend shipping in a bubble wrap envelope in order to prevent damage

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@katieraecollection.com within 5 business days of the delivery date
